Anticipating the future also means imagining it, considering the variables and facts that will determine the conditions that ensure the financial and operational sustainability of the company.

The future is a gelatinous terrain that may not necessarily be waiting for us, it is about positioning competitive advantages as foundations that drive us to size the gaps that require immediate attention, reinventing the present is to assume the consequences of decisions that may not be popular or pleasant but they are necessary if we want to be counted in the group of winners, otherwise we will be the statistic that will be remembered when the story of those who did not overcome the time barrier is told.

Yesterday in companies recalls the great deeds of the founders and leaders that made history great and that makes the present of the organization great, strong and robust, even today we can feel proud of our processes and of our collaborators, of our portfolio of services and the levels of remembrance and appreciation that we have in the market, especially among our clients. Perhaps we have a majestic and wonderful, competitive and productive present. We feel comfortable with what we are and have, we want to keep it doing better and better what we know how to do as a company.

It is not necessary to advance much in the reflection to understand the dangers to which the attitudes that promote the comfort zone, the managerial arrogance or the vain pride of those who have not taken the trouble to know the history of the organizations can lead us.
