The company as an agent of change must have a framework of action supported not only by an organizational philosophy but also by strategic supports with missions shared with the environment.

The manager must contribute, on the one hand, to the profitability of the business and to minimize social conflict, he must contribute to his social responsibility with the environment, to the defense of the legal right of the citizen as a human resource that is physically and mentally worn out in the labor field, the responsibility to conserve and regenerate the environment and also to strengthen a climate of human interrelation free of corruption.

The sensitivity of the manager and the human resource must be nurtured by this thought and its sensor of living organism must respond to the use or abuse of the oxygen that it inhales and steals from future generations.

This implies, therefore, leading activities that not only bring water to their mill but also bring water to the environment of their coexistence.
