The Social Responsibility of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, (UATX, 2018) and of the Campus Calpulalpan Multidisciplinary Academic Unit manifests itself through constant interaction with students and society in general, through constant educational innovation and quality of its academic programs that are reflected in the performance of the students as they enter the productive field.

The background of the Campus Calpulalpan Multidisciplinary Academic Unit originates from the University of Calpulalpan, a private institution that arises from a need that existed to have a higher-level institution in the region, it was formed through a board of trustees made up of people from the town, with quality programs and graduates recognized for their good performance in the productive field, is currently part of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, with a population of 1,420 students and 110 professors and 22 administrative staff, (spring 2018) generating excellent professionals and supporting to the region with an economic benefit due to the attraction of students from the locality and different regions of the Mexican Republic,in addition to providing the region's society with activities that directly benefit it by expressing its Social Responsibility, which is important that they get to know each other to generate an identity towards the institution and pride of belonging.

Introduction

In 1993, when Lic. José Antonio Álvarez Lima was governor of the State of Tlaxcala and Dr. Noé Rodríguez Roldan, Municipal President of Calpulalpan, the city demanded a higher education institution for the student population of this place since there were only high-level schools In this situation, the corresponding steps are being taken to create a university, and that is how the University of Calpulalpan emerged as a private institution and due to the economic conditions of the region, modest fees were established for students from this place had access to it (Piedra, 2018).

Development

On May 19, 1993, representatives of the city of Calpulalpan Tlaxcala, from different sectors of this place, carried out this project proposed at the initiative of Dr. Noé Rodríguez Roldán, meeting at the House of Culture to carry out the corresponding strategies and To initiate said project, the initial process was supported by a University Board, which established and organized the guidelines for the creation of these institutions (Esquivel, 2018).

The University Board was supported by Mr. Camilo Garcia Marcos president and director of the company Cebadas y Matas, located in this region whose production is focused on the manufacture of malt for the production of beers of the Grupo Modelo, had the objective of promoting the social, educational and professional development of this region to raise the standard of living, fulfilling this company with a Social Responsibility towards the population of Calpulalpan Tlaxcala, the approach made on the creation of the University had as a policy to create it non-profit in support of society, creating 4 professional careers:

The University of Calpulalpan opened its doors to begin formal activities on September 20, 1993, once the corresponding procedures had been carried out and the academic and administrative staff had been hired, which was in high demand since the careers with which it began covered in its most expectations of the region.

The University of Calpulalpan was located at Calle de Zaragoza N ° 1 in the central neighborhood of Calpulalpan Tlaxcala, current headquarters of the Universidad Académica Multidisciplinaria Campus Calpulalpan de la Uatx, a building that was originally the military headquarters of the Mexican army, later it It was used as a federal high school and a High School, the latter given the great student demand, evicted the building by building another appropriate to meet the demand, the building had 15 classrooms, 1 bathroom for men and 1 for women, library, computer, teachers room, auditorium, basketball and soccer court, and 3 flower boxes located in the courtyard.

The social development generated by this institution in the community benefited the graduate students, who began to join the productive activity with good results, the company Cebadas y Maltas gave the institution financial support for the payment of salaries of the professors and The administrative staff, the first graduate student of the U of C was Dr. Delfino Hernández López, currently a professor at the UAMCC (Piedra, 2018).

In August 1999, Lic. Héctor Ortiz Rector of the UAT (The Autonomous University of Tlaxcala was inaugurated on November 26, 1976 by the then president of the Republic, Lic. Luis Echeverría Álvarez and has degrees, postgraduate degrees, specialties, master's degrees, doctorates and research centers) and the board of trustees made the decision to merge the UAT with the UDC, turning it into a public university with greater access for the population of the region in general with an educational impact in the State of Hidalgo, State of Mexico, State of Puebla, State of Tlaxcala and other neighboring states and in 2000 the University of Calpulalpan was absorbed by the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala,which currently has 11 faculties and educational offerings in the following careers (In 2018, 40 undergraduate and 1 engineering university degrees are taught) (Uatx, 1976):

Héctor Ortiz Ortiz, who saw in this region the need for a Campus to cover the needs supported by quality programs, this new Campus of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, called Campus Calpulalpan began activities in January 2000 with 79 students with degrees in Administration, Accounting and Computer Science, changing its name in 2013 to the Academic Unit Multidisciplinary Campus Calpulalpan (Uatx, 1976).

UATX is currently in the 49th ranking of the best universities in Mexico, it has a total of 1667 professors, of which 42.5% are full-time, 29.7% internationalization, 7.5% research and with an index of 28.27% quality, which makes it a public university of recognized quality in Mexico, (Universia, 2017). To make this ranking of the best universities in Mexico, it was considered:
