For example, a child who has felt loved when his mother sang a lullaby to him, then, when he grows up and hears that song, his brain immediately detonates and evokes the sensation of those moments, perhaps the warmth he felt next to his mother or her scent.

Emotions are patterns, we have them stored and when there is a situation that triggers an emotion, then our body begins with the chemical, physical and psychological reactions that release the same response over and over again.

The change lies in fragmenting this line and doing things differently, what is the worst that can happen and how will you look, hear and feel once you manage to eliminate these types of reactions that make you feel so bad and instead you are looking for an alternative in which you feel good.

Life gives surprises and once you dare to change you realize that things improve once you change your attitude.

How to do it, the best way is to exploit yourself and get out of yourself, what can you offer to others and stop thinking only about your misfortune.

One technique that works is that you create your day, how is this, visualize yourself on a movie screen and look for a scene in which you have felt successful, happy, etc. Do not get stuck in existentialism, think about when you played with your friends as a child or enjoyed reaching a goal that you longed for so much, you have the experience. Now put that feeling on like a garment and wear that positive feeling all day. You will notice how your mood changes and the posture of others towards you. A smile doesn't hurt, I assure you.

But one thing, all this is only worth positive and is not what you want to avoid.

First believe in yourself so that others can do it, you only have you and the only one who lives with you is you. Maybe, and only maybe someone hurts your suffering but the only one who really has the pain or the solution is you.

Remember that when you want things and fight for them, the universe conspires to make them come true.
