Although you may not realize it, we are making decisions all the time, from the beginning of the day and choosing whether to take a bath in the morning or not, whether to have breakfast or not and in any case if we have breakfast, what are we going to consume, if we go to work by bus, subway, bike, car or on foot and just like these, a lot of decisions, which in general terms because they are so automated, we do not register that they are already part of our repertoire of daily choices. So far we are going well and without conflicts.

Consistency between what you think and feel, with what you decide to do is essential. This will make your choices flow and you will not feel stuck, uncomfortable or in constant lack with what you chose to do. Therefore, respecting your values ​​and your ideals in everything you do will make you feel comfortable and with integrity. Remember that there is nothing more uncomfortable than to stop being genuine and true to yourself.

2. Your personal decisions should bring you closer to your objectives and goals

Although it seems obvious, I mention this aspect, because on more than one occasion you have probably found yourself doing things that instead of getting closer to your goals, they made you lose time and energy. Due to insecurity, fear, shame or comfort, you surely made decisions that although they were far from your projects or, known and familiar. Given this, it is worth mentioning that comfort is not usually what brings us closer to our goals. And that when we want something a lot, it is well worth the effort to achieve it more than keeping an empty comfort and far from our dreams.

3. Your personal decisions have to recharge you with energy and allow you to progress

If we speak precisely of what is most optimal, healthiest and most beneficial for one, in general terms we will be referring to everything that adds us, gives us energy, vitality and allows us to advance, grow, progress. Because only when we are charged with energy do we feel complete and achieve what we want. Energy is the engine, the fuel and we need it to achieve our goals. It is important that you can register if what you are choosing is recharging yourself with this fuel or if it is taking away your strength for what you want to achieve.

Well, at this point, it should be mentioned that of course we are all free to choose what we want based on what we consider to be best. The issue is that we reflect before taking action, what will truly make us feel better and what we are willing to do to achieve it.
