When designing our website we must take into account several factors that are essential for efficient web development. It is recommended to start from a predesigned template, which we adapt to our needs. Do not misunderstand me, because although we can start from scratch to develop our website it is preferable to start with a pre-web design because the visual or graphic part, colors, etc. It is already established and default both in the template and in the CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). This is the part of the template that controls how our website will look on the internet.
Factors to consider:
1. Use template in html - Because this allows search engine robots to read your website and extract the necessary information for the search engine.
2. To use template based on flash technology make sure you can control the template through XML technology - This technology allows us to generate meta data for search engine robots.
3. We must generate an adequate meta tag structure - That part of your website is critical, this is the place where search engine robots go first, reading the information on the website such as:
Keywords, copyright, invitation to the search engine robot to return.
The more times this robot visits us, the greater the probability of obtaining a high PR (Page Rank).
4. Use elements and / or objects with flash technology of adequate size (not very large in terms of KB) - this causes our website to take too long to be available.
5. Do not overuse the elements and / or objects with flash technology - For the aforementioned reason and this would direct the attention of our visitors to the element or objects with flash technology.
6. Include a contact form - We must establish contact with our users and that they can establish communication with us is of utmost importance. This is in addition to any email published on the website.
7. We must pay special attention to navigation within our website - Visitors should always know where they are.
8. Build the website thinking about your target user - In this we must consider several factors in terms of the technology that our users use (This data is usually obtained from the statistics).

If you are going to use multimedia files, consider using external resources that are prepared for this, for example, if you want to use videos on your website you can use http://www.dailymotion.com, http://www.veoh.com/, among others, to host your free video. Although unlimited web hosting companies do not allow more than 1-2 videos per client because this reduces the performance of the server. Remember the web hosting service is a shared service, so that the service does not deteriorate, the server becomes slow or the server simply cannot handle the traffic and stops responding to user requests.
10. If you are going to use a Chat service to communicate with your users, use an external resource like Comm100.com for the same reason as with videos.
11. If you are going to use music files you can use https://kiwi6.com for the same reasons mentioned above.
