I don't want to trick you. Being an entrepreneur is a complex task.
However, despite what it entails, there have always been and there will be entrepreneurs. In fact, more and more people are wondering if they would serve to start their own business on the internet or in the traditional world, and much more in the times we are living.
Do I have entrepreneurial wood?
Being an entrepreneur is not learned in any course, possibly you are born with it and time is shaping and creating the circumstances to become one.
It is not scientifically known how it should be, but it must be admitted that it has to be a very special paste.
Surely you know a lot of entrepreneurs. If you analyze them carefully, it is likely that you will be surprised that they are more similar than you thought.
You will see that there are a series of qualities that all of them share and that in my opinion are necessary to launch into the world of the company and business.
Next I want to share with you a list of 15 qualities so that you can value yourself if you have entrepreneurial wood:
- You are happy, optimistic and enthusiastic. Your attitude is always positive and you are looking for a motivation to push your projects forward, adapting fully to any circumstance. You are disciplined, organized and very persistent in your work. You plan things before taking action by setting short, medium and long-term goals, and you do not get distracted from your goals until you achieve them. You have the leadership. You know that other people look at you and that you are a reference. You get others to give the best of themselves by feeling involved and in favor of the collective benefit. You value details as essential for growth. You cannot work for someone else. Maybe in your family you have lived closely having your own business,And this example pushes you to work on your own, although you know that it would be easier to work for someone else. You plan to leave the company before they ask you to leave. You are dissatisfied with your work and you have the feeling that everything would be easier and you would be more effective if you were the one who led your work. You know that "job stability" no longer exists. If before it was normal to work in the same company all your life (or almost all) now it is not so much… The jobs are now more ephemeral than ever and there is no longer a guarantee that your work will last forever. higher in your job and you need extra motivation. When your work becomes monotonous and routine and you no longer see in it the spark it had, perhaps the time has come.You are interested in how the market is. You have been curious and have carefully studied the market to see if your project fits in. You have the total and absolute support of your family. Your closest circle (people who live with you daily) are by your side, they believe in you and they support you 100%. You are aware that you cannot carry out your project alone. You know that you are not an expert in all facets of the company. You have something of a dreamer. Those dreams are your guide to achieving your goals. You love to negotiate and converse. In the negotiation you try to win everyone and you prefer to listen before talking to get to know the other party better. You value friendship and you have a bit of a psychologist. It is easy for you to win friends and feel appreciation for them.You try to provide solutions to the needs that arise by serving and trying to understand both customers and collaborators. You are not afraid of risk. You are not afraid to risk and be defeated. You know that the only way to achieve your goals is to try even despite falling.
