Path to innovation

Anonim
  • Do we use creativity to solve our problems? What problems do we face on a daily basis and that recur frequently? Can we bring about change if we continue to do the same? What facts confirm the existence of these problems? What stops us to bring about change? Is innovation the answer to our problems?

PURPOSE OF THE PRESENTATION

Propose an Innovation Plan, using a methodology successfully tested in many companies, in order to receive feedback on the possibilities of implementing it in Hatch.

the-way-to-innovation

PROPOSED VISION

Make innovation part of our culture, which is manifested through the contribution of people and benefits our relationships, delivering better quality products and services to our employees and our customers.

DEFINITIONS

  • Innovation, creation and / or modification of a product, process and / or service, in order to produce Added Value. Creativity is a combination of knowledge, imagination and evaluation to produce something new. Problem, set of facts that make it difficult to achieve a end. Negative connotation of a challenge

BACKGROUND

  • At Hatch there is no formal Innovation Plan, it is only part of our values. Innovation occurs only by chance or by specific needs. It is time to start with a plan, there is concern about the issue. We must be able to shorten deadlines and get results as soon as possible. Innovation can differentiate us from our competitors, giving us a competitive advantage.

  1. Problem solution

- Find Ideas to Solve the Problem.

- Select the Best Idea

  1. Implementation of the Solution

- Implementation plan

- Sale of the Idea

- Implementation of the Idea

Innovative results are the sum of content, process, process skills, tools, and style

Content and Process

Process Skills

Styles

Tools

  • Step 1: Ask Why or What is stopping us, to face the challenge Step 2. Answer with a simple and complete sentence Step 3: Transform the answer into a new challenge (how could we…)

PHRASES THAT KILL INNOVATION

  • It is a good idea but …… It is against company policy. Everything is correct in theory but….. Let's be practical. More study is needed. Too expensive. Not in the budget. It is not part of our job.

FEEDBACK

  • Do you think the Plan would bring improvements? How would you improve this plan? Would you be willing to support its implementation? Would you be willing to contribute project resources to implement them? Would you be willing to apply it to your project problems? Other suggestions?
