d. Will your operating costs in that niche be less than or equal to the competition?

5. Analyze the future of that market niche.

c. How much can it cost you to refocus or redesign your products or services when circumstances warrant?

d. What is the probability that your niche will be depleted, stagnant or extinguished?

6. Are you going to feel comfortable serving this market niche?
