Although it is true that most companies and entrepreneurs consider the calendar year as their strategic business cycle, the reality is that every day we could define it as a new opportunity to ensure business success.

But this time I want to talk about what as a successful entrepreneur you surely want to be, you should do at the beginning of each month. These are the 7 META objectives that every person who wants to grow from an entrepreneur to a successful entrepreneur, should define each month:

1. Amount you want / need to earn this month?

2. How much do you need to sell to earn that amount?

3. How many current customers will you visit or contact to generate those sales?

4. How many prospects should you help to become clients or strategic partners of your business?

5. How big should your list of potential new prospects be? (Applies for any type of business)

6. How many hours will you spend a day or a week to grow your business? (whichever is)

7. How much will you invest in tools and training to be better every day in what you do?

Establishing these META goals from the beginning of the month, allow you and your collaborators to focus on what is truly important for strengthening your business: increasing your customer base, increasing your sales and ensuring positive cash flow.

In my coaching practice for entrepreneurs and executives, I have found a common denominator: the circumstances of the day, what arises at each moment, the unforeseen and the emergencies are what generally determine their priorities and activities.

We can compare the above with someone who, traveling in his vehicle on a highway, will take each exit of the road only because there is a sign announcing the existence of said exit… without a clear destination, it is difficult to get to where you want to be.

Based on the above, I concluded that it should:

• Start a blog through which I can make recommendations both to my clients and to entrepreneurs and businessmen in general, as I realize the amount of time they spend "putting out fires", without being able to dedicate that energy to continue building a company that can function without dependence on them.

• Write articles and share them with the general public, hoping to reach every entrepreneur who has the firm conviction of becoming a successful entrepreneur.

And is that the number of possible distractions for executives, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs are unlimited; For this reason, those who have successfully conquered this path from entrepreneur to entrepreneur are those who in each business cycle have well defined what they want to achieve in that period.
