Placebo is the remedy that we can all access, using our imagination, fantasy, hope and optimism to the fullest, just as many people who were physically imprisoned or subjected to subhuman situations have done to survive.

They have escaped with their minds, looking for the best thoughts and experiences to remember and, thus, avoid pain, torture and abandonment. It is evident then, that the same fact can affect two people, in different ways, everything will depend on the perception of each one, on how they interpret it and the level of attention they can give them.

Indeed, when we admit, in the first place, that positive attitude is a proven healing balm, that helps to overcome the strongest pitfalls that we may have, it becomes easier to focus on the thoughts that generate self-motivation, well-being, comfort and satisfaction, and on the other hand, we understand that not everything material is important and urgent, that there are things that we can do without to live without pressure, without those anxieties that steal peace, tranquility, since they only produce momentary happiness, because “today we want something eagerly and soon we will forget it ”.

Being happy is a decision and for this, we must not stick to anything or anyone. We must live moment by moment, with the five senses, that is, see, smell, touch, taste, listen in its proper dimension. Understand that wealth depends on the concept we have of it, since there are many rich poor people, as well as many rich poor people of thought, will, freedom and love.

Let us live without attachments, we have nothing safe, everything is borrowed, while we are in this world. Success is in enjoying what we have as long as possible, in achieving personal and professional goals, knowing that we are capable of building, of getting where we want, that we can be pioneers of success and leave a plowed path for a better tomorrow, without eagerness or obsessions, because that leads to fear and fear brings unhappiness, a pity that sometimes it is too late when we understand that being happy is very simple.

It is enough to get up and thank God for each day, recognize that we are excellent in what we do, look ahead full of hope and enjoy everything we do, because whoever is can not be happier, but who wants.

We no longer live in that tangle of complications that we weave with the avalanche of thoughts of loss, fear, anguish and fatalistic visions.

We smile at life, we think we have a lot to live for, smiling, it transforms our entire system, the muscles leave tension, it is like being in a climate of ecstasy and it is at that moment when we feel that we are privileged, prosperous, effective and achievers. Why fight and stop living for something, which in the end will leave us empty, alone and dissatisfied? Let us fall in love with everything we do and thus we will be living more effectively. Our brain is wise, it produces endorphin, the hormone responsible for increasing joy. Condition that makes us feel good.

When endorphin begins to provide considerable doses, the love for life increases, the insignificant things that we observe daily begin to cause new sensations, because it fulfills a very important function in the balance between depression and vitality, between apathy and interest, between simply feeling and vibrating with emotion.

Consequently, if we face situations with an optimistic attitude, we will be able to increase the production of this hormone and thus we will be able to live pleasant situations, take advantage of opportunities, be more effective, live healthy, active and effective.

We smile more and more every day, until we become facilitators of good humor, since laughter is an excellent antidote against depression, a magnificent stimulant for the body and mind.
