Today I would like to approach you, and in particular my new colleagues, talking about the fears that we often have when we decided to start the Internet for the first time and form our Virtual Assistance company.

Leaving office life for many can be a challenge just because we cannot share ideas, thoughts and moments with our coworkers. Many people ask me if working at home as a Virtual Assistant is not a little lonely. Is it a "lonely" job?

Virtual Assistants are a community

Both my colleagues and I will give you the same answer to that question: As a Virtual Assistant you will never feel alone, you will always be contained by the group of VAs (VA is the acronym that internationally identifies Virtual Assistants) that we proudly form.

And… the "competition"?

You know that every business grows only by developing personal relationships, however, you may have doubts about how to grow your business with the large number of Virtual Assistants you find on the Internet or companies that provide our services, and you may even wonder why I I want you to also be a Virtual Assistant if tomorrow you will be more competition, right?

For me there is no competition between VAs. The VAs that make up our community put ethics and respect for their colleagues first, and do not use disqualification to stand out from their colleagues, one of the methods used by insecure people who lack the skills and knowledge to get clients.

So by becoming a certified VA, not only will you be prepared and trained to develop successfully as a Virtual Assistant, but you will also enter into a relationship with your colleagues in which you will share experiences and knowledge, and sometimes you will form strategic alliances and share clients.

Therefore, far from being alone, the VAs are a tightly knit group of colleagues in which we find support, containment and a lot of experience.

Use social media to connect with others

The VAs do not limit ourselves to interact with other colleagues, but we also extend our network of "virtual colleagues" through social networks (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and thanks to these networks we form links with other people with whom we also We complement and develop business relationships.

Entrepreneurial Women, perhaps we will not receive flowers from our bosses when spring arrives, however, I can tell you that every day I receive loving emails from friends, colleagues, clients… the appreciation and appreciation that I receive every day from they only reinforce the fact that human relationships on the Internet flow tirelessly.

You will never be alone, there are many Enterprising Women eager to meet you, and I assure you that you will have friends and colleagues in many parts of the world…
