How to emerge stronger in times of crisis?

Anonim
"The difficult times pass, but the strong men remain."

In difficult times at times we weaken ourselves and run the risk of succumbing to the storm. But don't be afraid "A calm sea does not make good sailors" You have to grow in the face of adversity and show what wood your heart is forged from.

"Turn difficulties into advantages" Dale Carnegie

I remember those times of great adversity when everything was dark and there was no way out of my problems. Anguish, despair and much pain.

I was without money, without a job and without the possibility of being able to feed my family, which was already hungry and demanded results. My intentions were good, but my results were very bad. I wanted to get ahead but I COULDN'T, I was desperate the fact that others did not understand what I was living.

Now I understand. I understand that thoughts condition our emotions and while you DO NOT control your emotions you cannot have positive results, what it means is that emotions equals results.

Thoughts = Emotions

Emotions = Results

Many individuals today live under the influence of Niagara syndrome. Life is like a river where individuals float senseless. They float without knowing where they want to go, so it does not take us long to feel dragged by the current, by events, by challenges, by circumstances.

When you float on water you don't consciously decide where you are going. We just let ourselves be carried away by circumstances, by the current. And finally we find ourselves totally out of control, floating in an unconscious state until suddenly one day we hear the roar of the falls, but by then it is too late.

Sometimes it is an emotional, physical or financial fall. Chances are, the challenges you face today could have been avoided by making better decisions when you were uphill.

Without a doubt we have not always made the best decisions in life, however it is important to be aware that regardless of the good or bad decisions that are made, we must be flexible, observing the consequences and learning from mistakes to continue with momentum.

The thoughts that take root inside you will grow your emotions. If you feel that you are before the falls and about to succumb, start by changing the root of the problem, change your thoughts and your results will be different. Never be a victim, better become a creator of circumstances to get out of the problem.

If you think that things are terrible that your problem has no solution (negative thinking), then (negative) emotions will be of anguish and hopelessness (limiting emotions), which would lead you to obtain results of the same nature with which it was created.

Rather, focus on the POSITIVE and that is what you will receive as a result.

Think about it for a moment. When you find yourself in trouble, your mind instinctively starts looking for answers unconsciously and then you ask yourself, Why is this happening to me? Or we blame God. Why does God do this to me or not give me that? With these questions we are blocking the unconscious mind and we simply become victims of circumstances or of God, but we do not find answers to our problems. To err is human, but to blame other people or God is nonsense!

Crying is useless, do what you have to do and stop being silly.

What you should do now is change the way you ask yourself questions, understanding that all the answers are hidden within you, what is really important is understanding that the way you ask these questions is that you will get answers and power resources that allow you to evolve.

When you are in trouble ask yourself, What can this problem do me? What can I learn from this situation?

Possibly the answer in your unconscious mind may take a few days or weeks to arrive, but once you find the answer inside you will have grown enormously and evolved to the next level.

Playwright William Saroyan said, "Good people are good because they have gained wisdom through failure." Success provides very little wisdom, adversity is the best teacher.

Adversity can surprise you by giving you the answers on how to get ahead. Did you know that the corn flakes of kellogs arose from an oversight where a pot of corn boiled all night?

When I understood that by controlling my thoughts I could also change my way of acting, the flow through the river of life, I discovered that it is better to live happy than to live in anguish. You can always have a reason to be upset, distressed, unhappy. It is much better to have hundreds of reasons to live immensely happy and smile at life.

How can I immediately take control of my own life? What can I do today that makes a difference in my life?

The best advice I can give you to take control NOW is TRUST GOD. He will never remain silent before your prayers.

"Put your future in the hands of the Lord, trust him and let him act" Psalm 37-5

"Our sufferings are kind caresses from God, calling us to turn to Him, and to make us recognize that it is not we who control our lives, but it is God who is in control, and we can fully trust Him." Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
