How to end the inner emptiness in your life

Table of contents:

Anonim

The internal emptiness that prevails in many people today is due to the lack of their own identity and this in turn to the lack of meaning of life, which is based mainly on two pillars of human life: the Relational Decision and the Vocational decision. In the first we find the so-called married vocation, the single vocation or the family vocation and the second depends on your occupational vocation.

The Sense of Life:

Behavioral professionals currently have found that there is a sense of internal emptiness in the human being and this is because both men and women have not found their own identity, do not know what they want, do not know what they feel, do not know what they need, they do not know who they are, they do not know where they are going and for what, that is to say they have not found a sense of life.

There is a directly proportional relationship: A less sense of life more emotional disorders.

Nitche already said it: “He who has a reason to live always finds a way” ……..

Yes! The sense of life is a highly motivating force and has to do with: A sense of improvement for this world, with mystical and religious beliefs, related to an ecological and / or superior cause or goal.

The Basic Decisions of Life

This sense of life develops and is related to two great pillars of human life. What are they:

I The Relational decision.

II The Occupational decision.

I Relational Decision:

As surprising as it may seem, not all human beings have the same relational vocation, that is, not all of us have the inclination to marry, have children and “live happily ever after ……”. As we have been led to believe.

There are several relational vocations:

A) Marriage vocation

B) Singles vocation

C) Family vocation

II Occupational Decision:

This decision has to do with what you are going to do in your life, what is or is going to be your profession, with which you are going to earn a living. Traditionally we have been educated to study or dedicate ourselves to something that leaves us money, although we do not like this occupation or report any pleasure and even we do not have talent to develop it, this really is pathetic, we do consider that most of our lives we we spend this activity, given that the working time is 8 to 10 hours a day, conservatively; This means most of our life time, we do take into account that we sleep an average of 8 hours and work as we saw from 8 to 10 hours daily, it is already 18 hours, the day has 24 hours, we have 6 hours left, which we spend in dead times such as transportation, food, daily obligations and some recreation; That's why I say that most of our time is spent in our profession or paid work. Therefore, it is vital that our occupational decision be a source of personal satisfaction in our life to build a healthy identity which is closely related to our professional activity and its good results.

To have a good mental and emotional health it is essential to have a clear personal identity, for this we have to know exactly what our relational vocation is if we were born to marry and have children or not since there are other very valid ways to relate to us and that can also On the other hand, providing satisfaction, finding our true vocation for the job, the one that really gives us personal satisfaction and true pleasure in carrying it out.
