Self-criticism is a conscious effort to understand our mind. We have to make the decision to make a great effort, to know our way of thinking. This is done from the inference of past experience. We can know why we are afraid of executing a particular activity or object, that is, it is having the ability to delve into the way we react to that fear or object. This will give us a better understanding of our minds. Once we understand the root cause of fear, we can take the necessary steps to overcome it.

Do you remember your first day at school? Were you afraid to leave your mom and dad to go to a new place? After a while, you liked going to school. How was this possible? Through analysis and understanding, which you used to overcome this fear, this method can help you conquer any other fear that you have.

Our behavior is highly influenced by external forces. These forces include the various events that take place around us, such as violence, racism, poverty, crime, abuse and much more. They are mostly negative factors. Like our past experience, we can also make inference from these events.

We can analyze our reaction in a certain situation and then analyze the cause-effect relationship. By determining the cause and understanding the effect it had on us, we can make a premeditated decision to overcome any negative influence from that event.

To discern our fear and decide to take steps to overcome it, it will require us to go a long way, but it will allow us to transform ourselves into self-sufficient people. The power of external factors, our fears or reluctance to do a certain activity, will be greatly reduced. This will give us the confidence to achieve what we want.

To achieve self-sufficiency and self-confidence, it is essential that we change our way of thinking and acting. We must leave behind a negative world, to focus our mind on a positive world. The decision we make, we must make consciously, so that we understand that some things must be changed so that we are better people.

Things in this world, have a cause-effect relationship, therefore, before a certain situation or behavior, we must analyze what is the cause that led us to take it, to understand what is the reason for a certain behavior, in order to modify it through our energy.

To give you an example, I am going to give you the case of a person who was afraid to travel because he believed he was going to be killed. This paranoia can be conquered or transformed.

The first step is to accept that you suffer from paranoia. Then it must be analyzed, if in youth he was the victim of some aggression or violence, or because he watches too much violent television, or because his mind is playing tricks on him. Undoubtedly, this person must face their problem with fear, that is the only way to overcome it.

Once we have understood what is the cause of fear, we must accept it and make the decision to change that feeling that hurts us deeply. After a while, working on fear or what we feel, it will decrease. It will not happen overnight, it will take some time, but the important thing is to have the decision to modify us.
