That was the question asked by a person who filled out the contact form for my Blog and sent it to me to give him an answer as soon as possible, but the truth is that the answer is not easy and less short.
I looked and looked in my books, in my personal experience, in the experience of other wise and important people I read and re-read the Bible (I have been studying it for 20 years), I reviewed my Neuro Linguistic Programming books and after a while I decided to go answering this person How to live and enjoy life? in the form of guiding questions so that she herself was deciding and defining how to live her life and be happy (This is the job of a Coach).

I am fully convinced that the guidance of a Personal Coach is a valuable help to many who in these hectic and violent days are perplexed at not knowing how to manage their emotions, cope with illness, unemployment, parenting, marriage, separation, divorce, learning to have and cultivate good friendships, managing successfully in the work environment, overcoming vices, addictions, discouragement, depression and financial problems.
As a resume to my credit I can tell you that I am 49 years old, I have been married for 25 years. We currently have 2 children, one of 21 and the other of 15, I have 30 years of work experience, I was 10 years Volunteer Spiritual Pastor of an Organization that is present in 236 Countries, I have been a musical motivational Lecturer for three years and just a month ago I graduated in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the International Consortium of Neuro-linguistic Programmers based in Santiago and subsidiary Concepción. All this has helped me to have an objective vision of life and the different types of people and situations that we have to deal with and interact with.
I want to tell you that I have been able to complement very well what I learned and continue learning in NLP and in my deep studies of the Bible. NLP is defined as "the study of the structure of people's subjective experience and what we can deduce from that study for their own benefit" and the Bible answers the most inquisitive and disturbing questions of the human being. Where do we come from? Why are we here and what does the future hold? For my Coach advice or your Personal Coach, if you prefer, I have wisely merged the presuppositions of NLP and the clarifying truths of the Word of God. All the help you need I will give you with simple and easy to understand words, because it has to be that way, because speaking difficult is easy,The difficult thing is to speak easily and since I want you to benefit, I will speak to you in the easiest way.
What is a Coach?
What a good question to start. Do you think so?
What happens is that nowadays the terms in English or another language seem to be more sellers than the terms in Spanish, they have like that special hook that gives an additional Plus to what is said. Did you notice the term, Extra Plus? And if you give yourself the trouble to read several articles in any newspaper or magazine literature, these terms appear very frequently: Coaching, empowerment, networking, trading, etc.
The list is long I do not want to bore you I just want to define the term Coach since I will write about that next. The term Coach simply means coach, when we talk about coach, a soccer team and its coach surely come to mind, which is fine. But there are also other types of trainers or enhancers of human behavior that help people achieve goals and not only in the sports field.
Coaches are urgently needed
Surely you will agree with me when thinking that these Coaches or trainers who enhance the skills and who help acquire them, especially in those positions of leadership or supervision, are urgently needed in companies. Believe me and I am knowingly telling you that the most serious problems that large, medium and small companies have are focused on leadership and communication.
Are you a person who is under the direction of a superior who lacks the tools and knowledge to direct, motivate and lead? Or are you one of those that the company promoted to a leadership position and I give you a team of people to lead them without being properly prepared for such a delicate mission? In any of the two groups you meet, I know you're having a bad time.
