We can define the administration of the informatics function as a process that arises before the need, or let's call it the requirement of technology waste, as well as to control and direct human, material or technical and financial resources; in the same way, the software and hardware resources required to carry out the goals set daily or from the beginning.
We will start with a little history; going through only what in my opinion is the most relevant until today.
