Anonim

The development of projects within a given territory constitutes a huge challenge in the current context marked by globalization and the changes that have been brought about, changes that have considerably affected the normal process of human interaction with its habitat. The dynamic and complex reality constitutes a determining factor for the understanding and rational use of the media that interact with each other and at the same time interrelate with the projects.

The project is framed within a certain place and time, this in turn allows them to be analyzed from the physical, social, economic, cultural and environmental aspects of the possible impacts that in some way are inexorable that will occur in the context and limit designated.

The projects that represent a common development interest must be structured by components of balance and harmony with all the factors involved in the process of intervention and planning of these in all its phases.

Within the aforementioned aspects, one of the aspects that is highly relevant due to its strength and responsiveness, call it sensitivity, is the social aspect, from the point of view of a multicultural place and of heterogeneity that looms in the territory and the implications that degenerate in exchange for its implementation; Projects promoted by the public and private sectors must be characterized profoundly by the synergy that represents the common interests of the population as well as the environmental harmony of the territory.

This social license of which it is spoken is fundamental to avoid the social conflicts that could originate from the implementation of large-scale projects, it is known that in our country, a nation characterized by its great heterogeneities and its great historical wealth and Natural has around 150 unresolved conflicts in socio-environmental matters, which are the result of the attitude of all the social actors involved in

the projects, on the one hand the little political will shown in recent years and on the other hand the centralist approach that has not It has been able to see Peru as a nation of multiple inequalities and that the best instrument to resolve our differences is the territorial approach, admitting that in these differences is our greatest wealth.

However, absolutely everything is part of a long process of adaptation with a decentralized perspective and environmental social responsibility that must be endorsed by a legal and regulatory framework where responsibilities are fulfilled. The impacts that are ultimately part of an

implementation process should be reversed into beneficial impacts for the population, the sense of giving it public value and how projects help to solve our problems.

In conclusion, projects are development instruments in all aspects for a state, but it is essential to do so from a multisectoral and territorial perspective, with active and high collective participation, with a long-term decentralist vision, with a future of general interest. and with the search for social and harmonic cohesion that is expected to be achieved with any project.
