High Performance companies are, due to the LEADERSHIP level they have within the business. They tirelessly seek greatness and lean on the resources at hand. They are not afraid to change as many times as necessary to become UNIQUE in the markets where they participate. They are used to CREATE changes, not act on them. They know perfectly well that anticipation is everything to get ahead of their competitors. They impose fashion, they do not follow it, they build and build the future instead of adapting to it when others already have the advantage. They impose their conditions because nobody offers their clients what they do, that's security!

So when it comes to planning, really FOCUS and don't let anyone distract you in designing your goals, let alone in the process of achieving them. Let those around you develop and expose your talents and play enthusiastically alongside you in relation to your vision. Take risks. Play to win and don't allow yourself to be held hostage by your own fears. Engage your opponents. Surely you can maintain trusting relationships with them and learn from their successes as well. Learn to manage conflict. The brain is afraid of conflict because it represents pain, but High Performance leaders know how to confront them and learn from them faster than others.

Being authentic is the central part of all this because without it you cannot generate ties and trust. A leader fails when he takes refuge in his fears or have motivations based more on desires than on good, measurable, achievable, necessary purposes.

Overcoming our fears, allows us to move enthusiastically to innovation, is giving us the opportunity to give flight to the imagination and transform it into something creative and the only possibility we have to differentiate ourselves from others is to love what we do, because when that happens We do not feel that we are working, but that we are being useful to others and believe it, there are many people who are not willing to give everything to achieve their purpose in life.

They prefer to collect a few pesos and think that the task is perfectly accomplished, that is, they work for time and not for results. Hence the great need to deploy all his leadership.

Aligning our leadership to our purpose is undoubtedly what will allow you to exceed the results expected in your Business Plan.
