What is presented in the table are possible solutions to the problem found in the mini-supermarket, which was analyzed which is the most appropriate and that solves the problem completely.
Accordingly, what is thought to be more convenient to improve the protocol in the mini-supermarket, is the first strategy, that is, to carry out a master production program. Recall that in the beginning it was chosen to only carry out an MRP, to give a solution to the problem of grocery shortages in the mini-supermarket. In addition to the establishment, products are purchased that are not in high demand in the community and therefore break down, resulting in losses for the company. As previously mentioned in the microenterprise, there are some products that have a much higher demand than what is purchased by the supply managers, which is why when analyzing the problem, it was concluded that the master production program is much more full,which will serve to greatly improve the protocol and especially the problem of the mini-supermarket.
