Internet 3.0

Anonim

A couple of weeks ago and in the middle of an agency presentation to a potential new client, they asked me about what web 3.0 means. Personally, I do not know if it will be called that, given how well the term is handled, but well, in this post we will go on to review this new concept.

As time goes by, the similarity between the internet and our own neural networks is increasingly noticeable. The way of ordering the texts, the links, the navigation, everything has been developed based on the model of human thought.

Web 2.0 has to do with relationships, with the possibility of adding content and communicating from different areas and platforms. The sociability of web 2.0 has a lot to do with our very gregarious way of building reality based on these relationships.

Well, web 3.0 is the next step, and it has to do with context…

The contents have grown in such a way that technology has not been able until now to put so much website, so much post and so much video in a contextual framework that makes sense.

With this new website (where neurological-based algorithms have a lot to do with it), all these links go from being simple words to being "things"…

In other words, the way of working and communicating with your client will be radically changed, because you, your post and your brand will now be under a context, a small invisible link that will link you to a concept.

That is, in the next new version of Google, you will write: NIKE and what will you receive as results ?: Maybe your last campaign next to a wellness video, or suddenly your new product along with a discussion in the forum of sports mothers, who knows?

Because web 3.0, the semantic web, brings us back to the center. We forget that business on the web is first business and they are also businesses that must have people at the center of their entire strategy.

In this new step where for the first time the * noosphere will become visible to everyone, web 3.0 will force companies to put their books aside and think about how their customers really rate them. And I do not mean that they give them a note, but how their brand and product are perceived in their minds.
