Summary

In the business world, information technologies are a means of communication as much as telecommunications, which now allows companies to reduce costs, this allows them to maintain a better relationship with suppliers, investors, shareholders, etc.

Technology is focused on the study of digital processes and systems as well as hardware is based on simplicity as a key object of communication in society.

The computer is simply the computer that is a medium for the exchange of information that is composed of the physical part, and the operating system that fully involves this technology that allows the message transmission with clarity.This is achieved in the current business world the management of innovation.

Technology is presented in a daily way for society, we are in a globalized world in which new machines are necessary and indispensable for human life.

Here it can be seen that simply if SMEs do not stop being artisan they will be completely eliminated from the market over time, companies get involved in this aspect because it is the way of doing business through the internet and technology, always maintaining an effective update systems, computers, web pages, electronic marketing and / or electronic commerce where it can be maintained on a viable channel to know what is the need of our buyers, as well as direct communication from our suppliers,taking into account for the reduction of costs within the company.

To achieve what you are looking for with your application, the following steps must be performed, among others, to achieve a successful implementation. A planning of the design of the system should be done in the form of a sketch in order to be able to make a digital programming. We agree that for this the intelligence of the human being is needed.
"In SMEs generally, resources are much more limited and through the implementation of ICT they can achieve sustained growth in the medium and long term, increasing their productivity and, consequently, their results" (Emprendedores UNL, 2014, p. 01). The use of technology helps SMEs to grow, as already mentioned, obsolescence makes companies stagnate and go unnoticed in such a competitive market.

In advance we must not forget that obsolescence will never be good for companies and will never allow them to be competitive, so that a product or service remains in the market it will always be necessarily involved with innovation, creativity and global technology.
