This concept is not modern, but with the evolution of social changes, it was necessary for people to be something more than a curriculum vitae, where the studies completed and personal data are established.

People needed to make a change, and how could they be remembered by others? What could they use to become people who will differentiate themselves from the rest of the group?

This is when the work of the Personal Brand begins, it is the deep feeling of wanting to be remembered, to be identified as special people, they want to communicate what they do or their professions. Now, is personal branding only related to differentiating yourself or standing out?

Do you consider that changing your external image is enough? Having a nice suit and special business cards is creating your personal brand? Unfortunately for those who consider it sufficient, I have to say that it is not. You can ask for image advice or hire a person to change your look and make you look like a different person than people have known.

But establishing a personal brand requires many more elements than these. Undoubtedly, having a nice neat image, dressing well, putting on a designer watch or fashionable shoes, attracts people's attention, but you have to work a lot more to really become a personal brand.

If we look at the people who are their own brands, we can see that they not only have an excellent external image, but that they are differentiated by other things that go beyond this superficial phase.

All this would be the packaging, the most important thing is the content. So how can we begin to outline this personal brand?

First of all, do not think that a brand is superficially established, to leave that mark that you want on others, to differentiate yourself, you have to change the way you see things. It is a deep work that you have to dedicate time and patience to, it does not happen suddenly, it is an internal work that will be reflected on your exterior.

Second, they have to establish what your goal is with this personal brand, what you want to achieve, if you are not clear about this, you will go the wrong way. Ask yourself , why do you want to have a personal brand?
