We have already talked about Work, and Happiness, now let's focus on what we want to know about Pride, and I refer to the pride that a worker or collaborator can feel for being part of the success of a company, which, for example, is the most profitable from the country; But that pride is not going to be given, if so much profitability was achieved at the expense of the good name of the collaborators or the name of the company, it is not possible to aspire to be the Top Teen in profitability sacrificing prestige as a company and deteriorating the personal brand of Each of its collaborators, who, being the weakest part, were sacrificed in order for the Managers to achieve positive results in the short term, which will not be lastingfor having neglected and sacrificed their most valuable asset, having fearful and resentful collaborators and of course without commitment, or identification with the institution, managers who acted in this way just to keep their positions; even without knowing what personnel management is, since they lack principles, values and completely deteriorate the work environment, without taking into account the organizational culture of the institution.
A good manager takes into account that happiness is now an indicator to measure productivity. That while fear can paralyze people, happiness makes them more productive.
No one can identify and be proud of working in an institution that causes fear and not happiness.
